Sinopsis
Drama Head Over Heels diawali dengan kisah karakter perempuan Seong A. Ia seorang siswi SMA yang berusaha menyelamatkan cinta pertamanya. Di sisi lain, Seong A memiliki kehidupan ganda di mana saat siang menjadi pelajar dan malam harinya menjadi dukun. Dalam alur cerita, kisah cinta Seong A berawal ketika dirinya bertemu dengan Gyeon U yang memiliki nasib malang. Lewat kemampuan spiritualnya, Seong A melihat Gyeon U berjalan terbaik, pertanda bahwa hidupnya tinggal menghitung hari. Dari situ, Seong A akhirnya bertekad untuk menyelamatkan Gyeon U, apa pun yang terjadi. Lantas, bagaimana perjalanan cinta keduanya?
